Job summary

Halff in Louisiana is seeking an experienced Professional Water Resources Team Leader with a Louisiana PE license to lead and grow our water resources practice. You will guide a team of engineers and professionals, manage complex projects, and maintain strong client relationships from intake to project close.

You will oversee budgets and resources, drive profitability, contribute to business development, and provide technical leadership in drainage design and hydrologic analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s in Civil/Environmental Engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Louisiana PE license required.
• Minimum 10 years in water resources project delivery.
• Experience with FEMA, LaDOT, Water Management Districts, LDEQ, and municipalities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business development skills.

• Oversee delivery of complex water resources projects within scope, time, and budget.
