Reeves Young, LLC is seeking a full-time on-site Construction Management professional in the Sugar Hill, GA area. You will supervise field crews, coordinate subs and vendors, and maintain detailed progress and safety documentation to keep projects on schedule.

Responsibilities include permitting, inspections, safety plan execution, and brand stewardship while leveraging opportunities for education and career growth within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand project documents, drawings and submittals.
• Willingness to learn Viewpoint Field Work Center and standard software tools.
• Experience coordinating with field personnel, subcontractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate field activities to keep project schedule on track.
• Maintain daily progress reports, payroll, field reports and photos.
• Manage permit and inspection process and deviations.
• Champion the Reeves Young brand on active projects.
• Assemble site safety plans and ensure team understanding.
• Support ongoing education and career growth opportunities.
• Oversee daily/weekly/monthly safety reporting and training compliance.
