Responsibilities

• Coordinate strategic growth plan with office managers and practice leaders.
• Establish and grow market presence through marketing and business development.
• Manage department budget and allocate resources accordingly.
• Lead and contribute to the production of proposals.
• Serve as a technical resource to project managers and staff.
• Staffing the section and conducting performance evaluations.
• Interview and hire staff for the section and lead the team.
