A Charleston, WV-based engineering firm is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to serve as Project Manager in its office. • Minimum of five years of experience in water resources/related field.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing service area utility assets and develop rehabilitation/replacement recommendations.
• Support design of rehabilitation/replacement of water and sanitary sewer lines.
• Monitor construction adherence to plans and specs, including submittals and RFI responses.
• Coordinate environmental studies, permitting, and other technical deliverables.
• Identify future projects and client needs; build and maintain client relationships.
• Present to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies; participate in networking events.
