Job summary
Weston & Sampson is seeking a Hydrologic & Hydraulic Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience in our Water Discipline from any New England office location. Qualifications
- BS in Civil Engineering is required.
- MS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Hydrology, or similar field preferred.
- 5–10 years of experience in transportation or hydrology project management.
- 2+ years of experience managing hydrology-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Direct client communications on technical design aspects, schedule, budget, and scope.
- Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple design disciplines.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to support business development.
- Support marketing, proposals, and client outreach efforts.
- Supervise, mentor, and train junior engineers and designers.
- Lead project teams in the design and delivery of transportation or hydrology projects, including studies and final design.
