Job summary

Weston & Sampson is seeking a Hydrologic & Hydraulic Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience to lead hydrology and hydraulics projects across New England offices. Focus areas include stormwater, flood management, climate resilience, and infrastructure design for urban, coastal, and riverine environments.

You will supervise teams, mentor junior staff, manage schedules and budgets, and contribute to business development through client outreach and proposals.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Hydrology or related field (required).
• MS in Civil/Environmental Engineering or similar (preferred).
• 5–10 years in transportation or hydrology project management.
• 2+ years managing hydrology-related projects.
• Strong hydrology/hydraulics principles and infrastructure systems.
