Job summary

Weston & Sampson is seeking a Hydrologic & Hydraulic Project Manager with 5–10 years of experience for our Water Discipline. The role focuses on hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and design for stream restoration, flood risk reduction, climate resilience, and infrastructure projects across New England.

You’ll direct client communications, lead multi-disciplinary teams, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business development while delivering studies, modeling, and final design for

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Hydrology, or a related field (required).
• MS in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Hydrology, or similar field (preferred).
• 5-10 years of experience in transportation or hydrology project management.

Responsibilities

• Direct client communications on technical design aspects, schedule, budget, and scope.
• Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple design disciplines.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and contribute to business development.
• Support marketing, proposal preparation, and client outreach.
• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and designers.
• Lead design and delivery of transportation or hydrology projects, including studies, modeling, and final design.
• Conduct hydrologic/hydraulic modeling for urban and rural infrastructure and flood management.
