Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager of water resource engineering projects
- Experience with planning, budgeting, and contract negotiations for water resources projects
- Experience developing PS&E deliverables for public and private projects
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Water and Environment BU to promote DEA's mission and values
- Provide leadership to early-career staff
- Coach and mentor staff in professional, technical, and business development efforts
- Responsible for all aspects of project development and delivery including scoping, budgeting, contract negotiations, and execution
- Lead pursuit and proposals as a pursuit champion when applicable
- Collaborate across levels to implement company initiatives
