Job summary

GKY, a part of True Environmental and its partner firms, seeks a senior water resources engineer to manage municipal Virginia projects and lead multidisciplinary teams. You will oversee hydrologic/hydraulic analyses, client interactions, and proposal development while advancing staff mentorship and project quality.

Virginia experience and PE licensure or VA eligibility within 3–6 months are highly valued. This role emphasizes dependable collaboration, safety, and delivering sustainable solutions

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with water resources coursework (hydrology, hydraulics).
• 10+ years in water resources project performance and management.
• Proven business development with ability to generate new leads and client work.
