Haley Ward, Inc. in Saco, ME is seeking a Water Resources Project Engineer to plan, organize, and control projects from concept to implementation, including municipal water, sewer and stormwater systems.

The role requires a BS in Civil Engineering, a PE license or EIT on track to PE, and at least 3 years in water/wastewater design, with hands-on AutoCAD, hydraulic modeling, and SCADA experience. You will mentor others and help drive innovative, sustainable design.

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering is required.
• PE license or EIT on track to PE with related experience is required.
• Minimum of 3 years design experience with water/wastewater systems.
• SCADA systems interest in design, programming, or integration.
• Pump station design expertise from wet wells to electrical/control systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and control project activities to meet schedules and budgets.
• Lead hydraulic design projects for municipal water distribution and treatment facilities.
• Design and integrate SCADA/controls for water infrastructure.
• Mentor junior engineers and support business development.
