The role involves municipal water, sewer, roadway projects, and collaboration with a team. A BS in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology and PE or EIT on track are required, with AutoCAD proficiency and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• BS in Civil or Mechanical Engineering or Engineering Technology is required.
• PE license with a minimum of 4 years of related experience OR EIT on track to attain PE with a minimum of 5 years of related experience.
• Sound mathematical skills are required.
• A working knowledge of AutoCAD is required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation required.

Aufgaben

• Plan, organize, and control project activities to meet schedules and budgets.
• Prepare professional, economical, and effective plans and specifications.
• Design engineering computations for complex projects.
• Interface with governmental/regulatory staff and represent clients.
• Ensure QA/QC and report project status to Project Manager.
• Advise field engineers, contractors, and inspectors during construction.
• Contribute to proposals including scope of work and manpower estimates.
• Promote new business for the company and area of expertise.
