The role involves overseeing diverse projects including watershed management and FEMA permitting, while leading a team of engineers and fostering client relationships.

With a strong focus on developing and expanding practice presence, this position offers an exciting opportunity for growth and impact. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and at least 15 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in water resources engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in mentoring and leading staff.
• Familiarity with relevant regulatory frameworks, including FEMA.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects related to water resources engineering.
• Develop and lead the office’s Water Resources Practice.
• Mentor engineers and identify talented staff for the team.
