Job summary

Jobot is seeking a senior Water Resources leader to drive the growth of an established practice across Indiana. The role involves mentoring engineers, strengthening client partnerships, and delivering multidisciplinary infrastructure projects with strong executive backing.

You will inherit active contracts, work from a well-connected client base, and help shape the future of the water resources group while guiding projects from proposal through construction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of consulting engineering experience preferred.
• Strong background in drainage, stormwater management, water distribution, wastewater collection systems, lift stations, and municipal infrastructure.
• INDOT drainage and transportation experience highly preferred.
• Experience managing engineering projects from proposal through construction.
• Ability to develop and maintain client relationships while supporting business development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Build upon existing municipal and transportation relationships to expand water resources services.
• Mentor engineers and strengthen client partnerships on multidisciplinary infrastructure projects.
