Job summary

David Evans and Associates, Inc. is seeking a Water Resources Group Leader to guide our Water Resources team across Puget Sound offices, including Bellevue, Seattle, Olympia, and Tacoma. The role emphasizes project leadership, client relations, and growth of the practice.

The ideal candidate has a PE license (WA preferred) and at least 10 years of civil engineering experience, with 5+ years in project management and business development for water resources projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• PE license in the United States; Washington licensure preferred.
• Minimum 10 years engineering experience; 5+ years in PM for water resources BD/delivery.
• Experience with stormwater modeling software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage projects and staff through all phases of development and delivery.
• Support business development, client relations, and competitive pursuits.
• Mentor staff and oversee performance management and administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with regional Water Resources leaders on strategic planning.
