Job summary

M3 Engineering Group is seeking a Water Resources Engineer to join our growing St. Louis office. This role focuses on sanitary sewer design, hydrologic modeling, floodplain analysis, and project delivery for public agencies and utilities.

You will work across multiple phases and have opportunities to lead technical work. Ideal candidates are self-starters with a Civil Engineering degree, Missouri PE license (or ability to obtain), strong communication, and experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D,

Qualifications

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Missouri PE license or ability to obtain one.
• Illinois PE licensure is a plus.
• Experience delivering civil or water resources projects through design phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and own work on sanitary sewer and force main design.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling and floodplain analyses.
• Prepare plans, calculations, and technical deliverables.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and project managers.
• Travel locally for project activities and site visits.
