Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking an entry-level Water Resources Engineer to join our Water Services Team in Denver, CO. Under direct supervision, you will perform basic calculations, modeling and data analysis for water resources projects and support design and on-site evaluations.

You will contribute to climate change adaptation, flood management and water quality studies, while developing your skills in GIS, CAD and hydraulics to deliver robust water solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Civil, Coastal or Chemical Engineering or related discipline.
• 1 year of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required; travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic complexity calculations, modeling and data analysis for water resources projects.
• Assist with designs, on-site evaluations and other evaluations under supervision.
• Support climate change adaptation, flood management, groundwater and water quality studies.
