A bachelor's in civil or environmental engineering is required, with zero to three years of related experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D and/or Revit is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 0 to 3 years of related experience required.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D and/or Revit preferred.
• Excellent writing, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical planning, design, permitting, and construction support on water utility projects.
• Prepare engineering calculations and supporting analyses.
• Prepare design reports and construction plans using local and state standards.
• Prepare construction plans using AutoCAD 3D, Civil 3D and Revit.
• Review plans and specifications and assist with permits and submittals.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress; assist with proposals and client meetings.
