RESPEC seeks a Water Resources Engineer to join our Sarasota, FL team. The role involves planning, design, and specialty services for community improvements, environmental permitting, and infrastructure resiliency.

Qualified candidates will hold a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program with 4+ years of experience and Florida PE eligibility or licensure within 1 year. Proficiency in ArcGIS Pro, Civil 3D, and hydrology software is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Professional Engineer license in Florida or ability to obtain within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Engage in planning, design, and specialty services for water resources projects.
• Support environmental compliance and permitting for public and private clients.
• Collaborate on infrastructure resiliency, stormwater, and watershed modeling.
