Job summary
Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking an experienced Engineer in Training to support our Water Resources design team in Phoenix. The role focuses on water-related projects including drainage and potable water infrastructure, with mentorship from senior engineers.

Qualifications
- BS degree in Civil, Environmental, or Water Resource Engineering from ABET-accredited college.
- EIT certification (FE exam) required or in progress.
- 2+ years of relevant experience in design, calculations, or technical writing.
Responsibilities
- Support field investigations or assessments.
- Perform design engineering calculations.
- Assist in the design of water and stormwater infrastructure.
- Provide data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Participate in writing and production of project reports.
- Work under mentorship of senior engineers.
