Tarrant Regional Water District (TRWD) is offering a Summer 2027 Water Resources Engineering Intern position. You will engage with our engineering team on pipelines, pump stations, and reservoirs, performing analyses, modeling, and data tasks to support water resources projects.

Responsibilities

• Solve engineering problems.
• Field investigations.
• Review and document pipeline hydraulic information.
• Participate in hydraulic modeling of transmission systems.
• Participate in Water Supply modeling.
• Develop pipeline operations tools.
• Assist with water contract management.
• Field visits to TRWD locations and construction sites.
• GIS analysis.
• Communicate solutions via email or memos.
• QA/QC of Water Supply tools and modeling results.
• Maintain familiarity with district levels of service.
• Support continuous improvement and innovation.
