Job summary

Ardurra Group, Inc. is seeking aStaff Water Resources Engineer to design, permit and manage drainage and stormwater components of projects in Florida.

You will perform hydrologic/hydraulic calculations, prepare drainage reports, and coordinate with sub-consultants and other disciplines to deliver complete design packages. The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, 5–10 years’ related experience, and a Florida PE or the ability to obtain licensure within one year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5-10 years directly applicable experience.
• Florida Professional Engineer license or ability to become registered within one year.
• Experience with AutoCAD, Ponds and ICPR design software.
• Ability to work on projects in a team environment.
• Positive attitude and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Design, permitting, and coordinating water resource components of projects.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations for stormwater systems.
• Prepare drainage reports, design plans and specifications.
• Review project/site and provide concept drainage design.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants and related companies.
• Assist with developing scopes and budgets for new projects.
• Supervise and direct staff assigned to project teams.
• Assist with quality control.
