Job summary

City of Savannah, Georgia is seeking a Senior Management Analyst for the Water Resources Service Center. You will transform data into insight by developing dashboards, reports, and recommendations to support leadership decision-making, budget planning, and organizational performance.

Responsibilities include budget monitoring, data validation from multiple sources, AMI/smart meter data coordination, and preparation of executive summaries and performance metrics to drive operational improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with four years of management analysis and/or budget analysis experience.
• Experience gathering, reviewing, validating, interpreting, and presenting complex data to support decision-making.
• Ability to develop dashboards, executive reports, and performance measures for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to support leadership decisions.
• Monitor budgets, analyze variances, and coordinate with departments on budget issues.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources including AMI systems and billing data.
• Support AMI project data entry, validation, and reporting for project tracking.
• Prepare routine and special reports, briefing materials, and performance summaries.
