Job summary
Psomas is seeking a Civil Engineer Designer in Tucson, AZ to contribute to planning, analysis, and design of stormwater, flood control, and water/wastewater systems. You will work with mentors and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions that strengthen local communities.
The role emphasizes hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, technical reporting, and field coordination. A Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and 0–4 years of design experience are preferred, with hybrid work options
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- 0-4 years of civil engineering design experience.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Hydrologic & hydraulic modeling and related calculations.
- Support technical reports, memorandums, and project documentation.
- Assist with planning, analysis, and design of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure.
- Participate in field visits, data collection, and coordination with project teams.
