Job summary

Stanley Consultants is seeking a Student Intern to join our Minneapolis, MN office. You will gain exposure to water resources analysis, design, and construction documentation for infrastructure projects, with focus on hydrologic modeling, ArcGIS mapping, and drainage design.

Ideal candidates are BSCE students at ABET-accredited universities, in good academic standing (GPA 3.0+), and legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BSCE degree program at an ABET-accredited university
• GPA 3.0 or higher
• Must be a sophomore, junior or senior
• Ability to work legally in the United States for an unlimited time without sponsorship
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of technical analysis, design, and preparation of construction documents and cost estimates for water resources projects
• Focus on water resources analysis and design, hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, ArcGIS mapping
• Assist with culvert, pipe network analysis and design; some field work may be required
