Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, ecology, biology, water resources, ecological engineering or related fields.
• Experience in technical sales, business development, or water-quality management.
• Strong relationships with Florida municipal, government, or engineering markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop Florida territory business plans and drive revenue growth.
• Identify, qualify, and advance water-quality restoration opportunities.
• Lead consultative discovery conversations with decision-makers.
• Manage opportunities through full sales cycle and CRM forecasting.
• Build relationships with municipalities, agencies, consultants, and stakeholders.
