Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of sales experience (plumbing and/or water treatment highly desired).
• 3-5+ years in the plumbing industry to include knowledge of plumbing codes.
• Journeyman or Master Plumbing license is a bonus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Consult on water quality leads and sales appointments to grow our water quality sales team.
• Diagnose home plumbing issues and recommend tailored solutions.
• Drive new sales while maintaining integrity and customer care standards.
• Identify customer needs and present value-based plumbing options.
• Educate customers on services, promotions, and financing options.
