Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling is seeking a Water Quality Specialist to test water, explain results, and recommend products to improve home water quality. You will test water samples, discuss findings with homeowners, and propose solutions that enhance safety and comfort in residences and small businesses.

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE!
• Must be able to perform a plumbing inspection (training available!)
• Determine residential water quality needs, quote prices, and perform repairs
• Interact with customers in homes and businesses
• Lift and maneuver up to 25 lbs
• Able to crawl, climb, kneel, squat, bend, reach overhead, and work on ladders
• Use of hand and power tools is essential

Responsibilities

• Understand residential plumbing operation, water quality, and basic repairs
• Training to expand knowledge and earn further certifications
• Communicate professionally with customers, office staff and coworkers
• Be thorough in inspections and accurate in quotes for replacements or repairs
• Complete proposed work as quoted
• Participate in on-call assignments and staff meetings
• Promote a professional and friendly work environment
• Work efficiently and follow company policies
• Sell equipment, accessories and promotional material
• Perform other duties as assigned
