Responsibilities
- Review permit applications for wastewater containment and nutrient management at CAFOs.
- Assess shallow aquifer impact and provide technical guidance.
- Review monitoring well sampling results and recommend corrective actions.
- Administer program activities for CAFOs with Ground Water Discharge Permit.
