City of Goldsboro is seeking a Regulatory Technician under the supervision of the Regulatory Supervisor to support regulatory reporting, laboratory coordination, and water and wastewater quality monitoring.

The role involves collecting samples, performing field analyses, maintaining equipment, coordinating with labs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations; requires high school diploma and six months of experience; valid Texas Class C license within six months.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of related water, wastewater, or environmental field experience preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a valid Class C Texas driver’s license within six months.

Mansioni

• Collect potable water and wastewater samples per SOPs.
• Perform field water and wastewater analyses (pH, temp, chlorine).
• Calibrate and maintain field testing instruments.
• Coordinate with laboratories for sample scheduling and transport.
