Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Senior Associate, Water Quality Compliance to support water and wastewater quality compliance programs at assigned facilities under supervision, focusing on regulatory adherence and data collection to maintain water quality standards.

Working with site operations teams, you will help develop technical solutions, contribute to KPI reporting, and assist in corrective actions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
0–5 years of experience in environmental compliance, preferably in the water industry.
Experience with regulatory inspections and audits.
Experience with SAAS software.
Experience with environmental compliance software (e.g., Intelex, Envirosuite, AQI WIMS/LabCal) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Support compliance strategy and action plans for drinking water and wastewater systems.
Assist in risk assessments and corrective actions.
Monitor regulatory updates and support business development insights.
Collect, verify, and enter water quality data for compliance tracking.
Prepare KPI reports and technical summaries for management.
Collaborate with site operations to implement best practices and training.
