Walsh Group is seeking a Project Superintendent for Water Projects in the Greater Salt Lake City, UT area. You will oversee all field operations, schedule management, and cost control while ensuring safety and quality across subcontractors and vendors.

The role requires 6+ years of experience in project supervision, a high school diploma, and the ability to coordinate complex drawings and specifications. Relocation may be required; a competitive package with bonus eligibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations.
• Create and manage project schedule.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings and specifications.
• Establish budgets and control costs.
• Identify causes of cost variances and mitigate them.
• Identify project risk and mitigate it.
• Communicate quality standards to subcontractors and vendors.
• Conduct quality control inspections.
• Follow safety program and OSHA standards.
• Manage jobsite cleanliness.
• Prepare daily time cards for supervised personnel.
• Prepare daily logs.
