Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Drinking Water projects across Minnesota and Wisconsin. You will work with clients and HDR staff to build effective teams, manage projects from concept to delivery, and drive new business development.

Responsibilities include directing multi-disciplinary teams, managing budgets and schedules, maintaining client relations, and advancing water initiatives with HDR’s regional groups.

Qualifications

• M.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering required/preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Professional engineering license (PE or P.Eng) required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required.
• PMP Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of multi-disciplinary teams through project lifecycle.
• Manage complex municipal drinking water projects or large programs.
• Develop and maintain client relations and coordinate with marketing and operations.
• Track project budgets, schedules, and staffing; ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead technical design and delivery of water treatment solutions.
