Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering required.
• Minimum 7 years related experience.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and manage small to large engineering projects.
• Coordinate cross-disciplinary design teams.
• Build and maintain client relationships and participate in contract negotiations.
• Lead meetings and technical discussions with stakeholders.
• Interface with governing agencies during reviews and permitting.
• Track budgets and ensure deliverables meet scope and timelines.
• Mentor junior engineers and support firm initiatives.
