Responsibilities

• Overall management of field operations.
• Create and manage project schedule.
• Coordinate subcontracts, drawings, and specifications.
• Establish budgets and control costs.
• Identify causes of cost variances and eliminate negative variances.
• Identify project risk and mitigate it.
• Communicate quality standards to each subcontractor and vendor.
• Conduct systematic quality control inspections.
• Follow Walsh safety program, laws, and OSHA standards.
• Manage jobsite cleanliness.
• Prepare daily time cards for personnel under supervision.
• Prepare daily logs.
