AE2S is seeking a Water Project Manager for Rapid City, SD or Spearfish, SD. The role focuses on planning, design, and construction administration for water projects, guiding project engineers and technicians, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualified candidates will have a civil engineering degree, PE registration or eligibility, and 5+ years in municipal water engineering. Travel and remote project management are required, with a compensation package including ESOP and benefits.

Qualifications

• Basic Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field and PE registration or ability to obtain within 6 months.
• Strong oral and written communication skills required.
• Ability to travel for project/client responsibilities and business development.
• Ability to work remotely and manage projects, clients, and team members.
• Knowledge of design standards and permitting.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional services for water engineering projects including planning, study, design, and construction administration.
• Manage performance of project team members such as Project Engineers and Technicians.
• Maintain and grow client relationships and pursue new opportunities.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage project opportunities.
• Provide quality control and quality assurance on all project work.
• Maintain budgets and schedules for project assignments.
• Coordinate and attend internal and external meetings.
• Provide mentorship for team members.
