AE2S is seeking a Water Senior Project Manager in Great Falls, MT. You will lead the water resources team, manage projects from scope through delivery, and drive client relationships across the region.

The role emphasizes technical leadership in stormwater and water resources infrastructure, with opportunities for growth within a fast-paced, employee-owned firm. The candidate should have 15+ years in water resources, a relevant engineering degree, and strong communication skills to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering field related to water resources.
• 15+ years of experience in water resources engineering.
• Strong client-facing experience and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development within Minnesota and lead the local water resources team.
• Lead project delivery: PM, QA/QC, and technical tasks for stormwater and water resources projects.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budgets to deliver value and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior engineers within the Water Resources Practice.
