Job summary

Garver is seeking a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in Overland Park or Kansas City to lead water and wastewater projects within the Kansas/Missouri portfolio. The role includes client relations, project staffing, budgeting, and ensuring quality deliverables in a growing water services team.

The ideal candidate holds a PE license, a Civil or Environmental ABET-accredited degree, and 5+ years of technical project management experience, with travel as needed and collaboration across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• 5+ years of similar technical project management experience.
• Registered Professional Engineer (PE).
• Masters’ Degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Water conveyance and distribution projects including pump stations and storage facilities.
• Wastewater conveyance and collection including lift stations and force mains.
• Pipeline inspection and rehabilitation.
• Water, Wastewater, Reuse master planning.
• Water, Wastewater, Reuse treatment facilities and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with other disciplines, regulating agencies, QA/QC.
• Periodic travel for projects, conferences, marketing, and other duties.
