Job summary

Garver is seeking an experienced water industry professional for a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager role in the Kansas/Missouri portfolio, based in Overland Park or Kansas City offices. You will lead water and wastewater projects, build client relationships, and mentor staff within Garver's Water Business Line.

The role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing budgets and schedules, and participating in industry events and conferences to promote Garver's water expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in civil or environmental engineering from an ABET accredited program.
• 5+ years of similar technical project management experience.
• Registered as a Professional Engineer (PE).

Responsibilities

• Manage scope, budget, and schedule for a team of project engineers, design engineers, and CAD Technicians in the development of water projects.
• Be technically competent with water or wastewater engineering and civil engineering.
• Prepare and deliver Quality Assurance and Quality Control Plans.
• Conduct project reporting for clients and Team Leader(s).
