Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for costs, planning, scheduling, engineering and personnel management.
• Oversee project startup, execution and close-out processes.
• Develop personnel development and recruitment strategies.
• Manage contractual issues and maintain client relationships.
• Forecast costs for project completion and ensure safety compliance.
• Guide project teams and resolve issues to ensure project success.
• Approve preliminary schedules and cost-to-complete projections.
• Coordinate with Safety Manager to meet safety goals.
