Job summary

Texas Water Development Board is seeking an engineer/manager to lead state-funded water projects across Texas. You will review applications for financial assistance, advise on TWDB requirements, and help implement programs addressing public health goals.

Responsibilities include coordinating with EPA guidance, evaluating technical data, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Travel and in-office duties are part of this role within the State Program Department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Texas P.E. license or eligibility.
• Two to five years of relevant engineering experience depending on level.

Responsibilities

• Review applications for financial assistance and advise applicants on TWDB requirements.
• Develop and implement State-funded programs and initiatives.
• Evaluate technical information from the EPA to implement program funding.
• Coordinate with federal and state agencies to deliver projects.
• Train others and maintain program documentation.
