Job summary

SB Energy DevCo (US) Inc. in the U.S. is seeking a Senior Manager, Water to lead water and wastewater acquisition for GW-scale AI data center complexes. The role reports to the Vice President of Development & Origination and requires driving permits, headcounts, and vendor relationships.

You will manage water infrastructure projects nationwide, collaborate with Development, Origination, Engineering, and Capital Markets teams, and travel up to 20% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years in water & wastewater for data centers and/or power generation, ideally with hyperscalers or engineering consultancies.
• Strong communication, organization, and ownership of contributions and team outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Acquire optimized water and wastewater service for SB Energy AI data centers.
• Own relationships with water and wastewater providers and secure permits.
• Lead negotiations and contracts with providers for construction work of water infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Development, Origination, Engineering and Projects.
• Travel up to 20% nationally.
