Job summary

Packard Culligan in Brooklyn Park, MN is hiring a Bottled Water Production Technician for an early-morning, full-time shift. You will operate bottling equipment, monitor quality, and keep a clean, safe production area.

Gain hands-on training with GMP, safety, and water-treatment basics, with certifications offered. The role includes lifting up to 43 lbs, occasional overtime, and a benefits package with health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor bottled water production equipment.
• Inspect bottles and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Troubleshoot production line issues, clear jams, and reset equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary production and warehouse environment.
• Follow GMPs, safety procedures, and quality control standards.
• Assist with plant housekeeping and facility cleanliness to support food-grade production requirements.
• Receive, organize, and track production materials and warehouse inventory.
• Assist with ordering production supplies and maintaining adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate and schedule incoming deliveries and production materials as needed.
• Prepare and stage products for customer deliveries and route loading.
• Learn and assist with basic water treatment and water chemistry processes.
• Operate a forklift safely (training and certification provided).
• Communicate production concerns, inventory needs, and equipment issues to the Production Lead.
• Lift and move products up to 43 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
• Support team operations and perform other duties as assigned.
