Job summary

Culligan Ultrapure, Inc. is seeking a Production Technician to join our team in Minnesota. This hands-on role ensures high-quality RO bottled water makes it to customers, combining physical work with attention to detail in a tight-knit crew.

You’ll operate and monitor production, sanitize equipment, track water jugs, maintain inventory, and may assist with forklift loading. We train, offer benefits, and opportunities to grow with us.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and move heavy products (5-gallon water bottles) throughout the day.
• Forklift experience preferred (but not required—we’ll train you).
• Willingness to become certified as a Bottled Water Plant Operator within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor daily RO bottled water production.
• Sanitize and maintain bottling equipment to meet FDA and IBWA standards.
• Track and stage incoming and outgoing water jugs.
• Maintain accurate inventory and complete all required production paperwork.
• Assist with truck loading and unloading using a forklift (we’ll help you get certified if needed).
