The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, highly organized, safety-conscious, and able to deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and email customers in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service skills and ability to handle walk-in, phone, and email inquiries.
• Experience managing inventory levels and coordinating with vendors.
• Basic understanding of production processes and GMP/safety awareness.
