Job summary

Hall’s Culligan is seeking a Plant Operator to manage warehouse inventory, bottling-related processes, and customer service responsibilities. The role emphasizes accurate receiving, storage, and shipping, along with maintaining safety and organization in a labor-intensive environment.

The position is full-time, with a 9:00am–5:30pm schedule and a pay range of $19–$24 per hour depending on experience. Benefits include PTO, a full benefits package with 401k matching, and opportunities for

Qualifications

• Forklift certification is preferred but not required.
• Experience operating hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ability to pass background and drug screenings as required by company policies.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and organize inventory.
• Perform regular counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Monitor bottling/PE line operation and ensure quality control where applicable.
• Reconcile shipping load sheets and receiving packing slips.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate effectively.
• Prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow safety protocols and use PPE.
