Job summary

MasTec Utility Services seeks a Water General Foreman to lead crews in installing and repairing water pipelines. You will read blueprints, supervise multiple line teams, and coordinate with customers and management to ensure safe, efficient production and strict adherence to quality standards.

Responsible for training new hires, obtaining permits, and maintaining documentation while upholding safety practices, with a focus on open-cut and directional drilling methods and ensuring timely project

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience with water pipeline construction or maintenance.
• 3 years of supervisory experience.
• Class A CDL required.
• OSHA 10 Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate crew work to install water pipelines via open-cut or directional drilling.
• Obtain materials and ensure permits and licenses are in place.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of project work and crew safety.
• Adhere to MasTec safety standards or higher as applicable.
• Lead daily toolbox talks and safety inspections.
