Qualifications

• Operate power equipment (mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers).
• Use hand tools for landscaping tasks.
• Proficient with irrigation and sprinkler systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site landscaping (lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf).
• Fertilize and mulch as needed; manage weed control.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment safely.
• Keep grounds clean and free of debris; empty trash regularly.
• Perform irrigation audits and minor repairs; adjust watering schedules.
• Maintain inventory of grounds equipment and supplies; report needs.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Work flexible hours as required.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
