Qualifications

• Experience with various landscaping tasks and maintenance.
• Ability to read and follow written and oral instructions.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous duties.
• 2 years’ experience in ground maintenance preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site landscaping including lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation systems.
• Fertilize and mulch as needed.
• Trim and prune trees, hedges, shrubs; control weeds.
• Operate and maintain power equipment safely.
• Operate trucks and trailers.
• Apply insecticides and fertilizers.
• Maintain grounds and report maintenance needs.
• Conduct irrigation audits and adjust watering schedules.
• Work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible irregular hours.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
