Job summary

The candidate should have 2 years of ground maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and be able to work flexibly, including weekends. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to communicate with diverse teams and visitors.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in ground maintenance or landscaping preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; able to communicate with diverse teams and guests.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, trees, shrubs, flowers, turf, and irrigation systems.
• Fertilize lawns, trees, flowers, and shrubs; spread mulch as needed.
• Trim and prune trees, hedges, and shrubs; control weeds.
• Operate and maintain power equipment and hand tools safely.
• Conduct basic irrigation audits and minor repairs; adjust watering times.
• Keep grounds free of trash; report maintenance needs promptly.
• Work independently with minimal supervision; flexible hours as required.
