The role collaborates with the VP – Water and leadership on estimating, startup, staffing, equipment, subcontractors, and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of underground utility/water construction experience.
• Experience supervising water construction projects and field operations.
• Strong knowledge of water main installation and underground construction.
• Experience leading Superintendents, Foremen, or field crews preferred.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day water construction operations and ensure projects meet safety, schedule, and budget targets.
• Provide leadership to superintendents, foremen, and field crews.
• Maintain project profitability and monitor costs, staffing, and equipment.
• Develop and mentor field leaders and ensure accountability across teams.
• Support customer relationships and coordinate with municipal stakeholders.
